API key and model

Your own Anthropic API key is required. Your browser sends it only to api.anthropic.com; there is no SOHIB server, and we never store or see your key.

The defaults are the published settings. Changed settings give results that differ from the published evaluation; they are listed in each run record.

Before you start

Everything runs on your computer. The agent and the benchmark knowledge base run inside this browser tab. There is no SOHIB server: we do not record your chat, your dataset description or your API key. Model requests go directly from your browser to api.anthropic.com under your own Anthropic account.

.h5ad upload is turned off on this page. Spatial omics .h5ad files are often several to tens of gigabytes. A browser tab can only hold a few gigabytes in memory and would need extra libraries for reading HDF5 files, so large files would be slow or fail to load. The command-line version reads only the metadata it needs directly from your disk, even for very large files.

To profile a .h5ad file automatically, install the command-line agent from github.com/hannshu/SOHIB-Agent. Here, describe your dataset in plain language or with /set field=value.
